The Broken Window Effect

 

It's a matter of psychology.  

“Cogito, ergo sum” or, “I think, therefore I am”, the first principle concept by René Descartes, postulates that because we have conscious thought, then we exist.  

In the state of existence, what we think formulates the basis of who we are.  

This is why sages like Lao Tzu often caution us to watch our thoughts.* 

Our thoughts, positive or negative, form our character and inform our choices.  

Because our thoughts inform our choices, they will also inform whether we choose to vote and how we will vote.  

It sounds relatively straightforward, except when it comes to gaining the power of the people, winning people over, and seizing power, nothing is straightforward.  

Before the introduction of bad players, the competitive playing field was based upon winning people over to present one's stance and position based on policy and personality.

Not so anymore.

We are no longer on a playing field based upon informing the people regarding policy, of where a politician might stand on issues.

No, we are on a battlefield of psychological warfare where anything goes, where the Broken Window Effect is in full swing, where corruption reigns supreme.  

What is the Broken Window Effect?**

The broken Window Effect basically postulates that signs of disorder will lead to more disorder.

In an experiment where a car, even parked in a good neighborhood, once the car window was broken, was vandalized because the vandals assumed the car was abandoned and uncared for.  

Because no one cared, the vandals felt like adding to the distressed state was not an issue, since there was already a problem of brokenness to begin with.  

Psychologically this makes it easier for those already vulnerable to temptation to give in and partake in criminal mindsets or sins.  

What happens when our thoughts become tempted into corruption and sin?

Our choices become never-ending compounding problems of liabilities and sins.

For example, the grooming of thoughts into temptations of the gutter beget crimes of the gutter, sexual abuses in Sodom and Gomorrah-like sins of rape, and crimes against humanity.  

The corruption into compromised behaviors and abusive practices unchecked only begets more corruption and abuse of power in tyranny where any deviation from corruption and sin becomes punitive and retaliatory. 

In a society where there are no attempts to fix the broken Window, the system will become increasingly more vulnerable to attacks and broken parts until the whole system becomes totally broken, vandalized, and destroyed.  

Therefore, if we are to survive and not fall into total corruption, depravity, and degradation, we need to fix our broken windows and move away from the constant casting of stones, abuses, and breaking of windows to where our thoughts are once again well-informed, reasoned, and positive.

Opinion 2

 

I fear that people with talent and brains will just have to move across the pond to Europe if the big liar wins.  

There will be no rule of law as corruption and anything goes will reign.  


For some reason, people are attracted to investing in crooks and subprime mortgages.  

And no matter how much you dissuade them against looking at just the book cover, those power trip-driven, instant gratification of Caesar folks will only look at the shallow and the hollow.  

I do not like dishonest people, those without service to the Lord and the people of humanity.

I do not like liars who spend all their time in supposed service boasting about themselves, telling whoppers of lies, seeking revenge on others due to their own wrongs, harming people just because he can, trashing the Republic that made him rich, tearing down real heroes that have actually served our country with bravery, and well the list goes on and on because the lack of character of this person is so great.

So many mistakes and harm were made simply due to a lack of duty to care about persons other than himself.  

The stench of shame and disgrace this liar brings is atrocious and quite frankly something I cannot stand.  

I am a person whose word is my bond. 

I do not trust or like people whose word means nothing, except harm. 

There is no need to predict the future when it's foretold in action and deed; the sustainable will be sustainable and the unsustainable will eventually fall.  

Too much has happened, too much harm, too much undefended, the lack of honor and decency too great for my person to have indefinite patience and tolerance for such failings.

Opinion

 

I did not watch the Presidential Debate, so my comments are based on the news reports immediately following the debates. 
 

From what I gather from the news coverage the former president lied about everything, deflected and slandered while the current president had an off day due to whatever was causing his off performance.  


Then to top it off the moderators did not bother to do real-time fact-checking or call the former president on his lies, deflections, and slanders. 


So the debate would have been like watching an Olympic sport where a Russian athlete cheated with performance-enhancing drugs and the officials then did not test for doping and did not disqualify the cheating athlete.  


In the future, if we want our debates to be real and not turned into a mockery, then perhaps we need real-time fact checks and moderators not fearful of calling out the lies and disqualifying the dishonorable, untrustworthy liar.


I would not call lies, innuendos, or omissions, a valid debate, let alone a presidential one (which one would assume would have higher standards and a code of conduct).


I would call it a dirty pool; and deliberate submarining of the debate process.


And I would call the pathological liar playing the dirty pool unworthy, dishonest, disreputable, and completely unprofessional and unpresidential.

One of my greatest disappointments in our former president is his mishandling of the COVID-19 crisis.

He needed to save as many people as possible, not condemn as many as possible to horrific deaths with deranged talks of herd immunity and drinking bleach.  

We still have ignorant people thinking it's okay to cough their COVID breaths on family, friends and neighbors and run around unvaccinated.

Totally reprehensible and irresponsible.

 

Why bother talking about:

Immigration, if there is no funding for law enforcement to enforce any immigration laws?

Or hold down the crime rate, when felons roam free and no funding for law enforcement to keep us safe?

Economy, when the plan is to jack up prices in sales tax and decrease consumer spending power and confidence? Cut taxes for the super-rich and bankrupt the Treasury? Or run businesses into bankruptcy? 

Defense, when there is no defense against Russian aggression, constant fraternization with enemies, cutting taxes so there will not be sufficient funding for defense spending (especially when the world is on a war footing with dangerous aggressors with no rules of engagement)?

Why talk about anything at all when there is no accountability, just trash talk about what is wrong and not offer actual solutions, but problems that would play into enemy hands, much like the COVID-19 herd immunity malfeasance or drink bleach debacle? 

The list of nonfeasance, misfeasance, and malfeasance goes on and on.

Perhaps instead of talking, we can take corrective action and pivot away from corruption, criminal activities, and incompetence.

 

The total deaths in the United States from COVID-19 totaled well over 1.2 million people.  

Some of the deaths need not have occurred at all.

Why?

First let's define the terms nonfeasance, misfeasance, and malfeasance in office so that we can understand its significance.  

Nonfeasance or dereliction of duty and negligence is the willful failure to execute or perform an act or duty required by one's position or office that results in harm or damage.  

Misfeasance or malpractice is the failure to perform a duty correctly resulting in unintentional harm or damage.  

Malfeasance is the intentional wrongdoing or misconduct and illicit acts resulting in harm or damage.  

If a certain political leader practiced any or all the irresponsible negative acts of nonfeasance, misfeasance, or malfeasance*resulting in insufficient responses to the contagion then that leader would be guilty of causing unnecessary deaths from COVID-19.

The buck stops where?

The argument that the buck should be placed elsewhere, other than the person with effective control is faulty, because then where is the control?  

Who has the responsibility?  

What is official duty?

Thus to have the authority of office and effective control, accountability must go hand in hand with responsibility and duty of that office.

When we elect someone to a certain position, that person represents us, our values, and our interests.

If that representative involves himself in disreputable, inappropriate, and unholy practices, that means we too will have to live under the umbrella of shame and disgrace.

Who in their right mind would want a convicted felon to represent us, let alone lead?

What kind of person lets their children be exposed to corruption of this magnitude and have this dishonorable cheater as an example of any kind of leadership?

What good is coerced loyalty that is groomed by cockroaches, and punished by parasites all to produce a generation of mini-me, mini-minds, and ruthless hearts; hypocrites without love and the love of the Lord?  

What good is a constant reputation of lies, failure, bankruptcy, and ruthless harm?

Have our standards fallen so far that we can pick only losers, liars, haters, cheats, loose cannons, and criminal felons as leaders to represent us?  

Can this type of feckless, reckless, and seemingly IED individual with no loyalty to anything except himself be trusted with his finger on the nuclear button?

Trashing everything and everyone, casting stones, and making up lies are not policies or intelligence.  

Is this person even capable of intelligent dialogue? 

Something other than trash talk and one-word zingers meant to bully, insult, and harm?

We need at the head, reputable leaders with the highest level of standards of conduct and intelligence, not the lowest.

Unless we want the world to think this type of autocratic  disreputable leadership represents our values as a people, we need to demand better vetting processes and enforce higher standards.

Prestige

  
Prestige is defined as widespread respect and admiration for a person or institution based upon achievements and reputation for high quality, excellence, and success.  

For example, Ivy League universities are prestigious because of their reputation for being the best of the best, renowned for Nobel prize professors, brilliant students, and high-quality education. 

 
Imagine if scandals were to rock these universities professors plagiarized their works and students were to cheat their way into admittance.  

What would happen to these Ivy League universities then?

Then their reputation will no longer be Ivy League excellent, and their institution disreputable and face disaccreditation.

Imagine if the Navy Seals, instead of following honor codes, dishonor themselves in dishonorable conduct and cowardice, never defending honor or their country and fellow Seals.  

Then their reputation would be that of a Big Chicken Dinner and not that of a Seal.

Imagine court justices never follow the Constitutional framework, honest service, the rule of law and always side with the guilty.  

What would this type of disreputable court be known as?  

A Kangaroo Court.

Without adherence to the standards of excellence, it becomes impossible to have and maintain prestige.

Without prestige, there is no reputation for excellence and top standing.

And if corrupted further, their reputation will fall more and be downgraded from the reputable to the disreputable; a disgraceful state of ill repute.

With the elections coming up, let's take a closer look at what it means to have power, legitimate power.

What is power?

“Power is the capacity of a person to influence another parties' behavior (e.g., Freiberg, 2010; Gangl et al., 2015).”*

What is Legitimate Power?

“Legitimate power is defined as “soft” power and refers to the power of position, expertise, dissemination of relevant information, and identification (Raven et al., 1998, cf. Tyler, 2006). 

And it is defined by formal and informal rules established by a rightfully elected government (power of position), and by their knowledge about skillful procedures (power of expertise). 

In addition, information power and power of identification are seen as means of legitimate power, 

whereby information is given on how to behave in accordance with the law, and individuals identify with the ideas of the authority, such as a specific political party.”*

Therefore, when speaking of legitimate power, information on how to behave is granted within the confines of rule of law and any misuses and anything outside the law is considered abuse of power and is thus illegal.

What is abuse of power?

“Abuse of power is the misuse of a position of power to take unjust advantage of individuals, organizations, or governments.”***

Abuse of power is often referred to as the color of law.

“The term is often used to describe the abuse of power under the guise of state authority, and is therefore illegal.”**

One does not have to be formally elected to have power.  

Under color of law, there only has to be the appearance of legal authority, such as a de facto leader of a political party to have power.

What happens when power is abused? 

The consequences of abuse of power in illegal activities (Section 242 of Title 18) can be extensive, ranging from imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty.****

Again, when speaking of power, legitimate power, especially in government, we are talking about following the set of rules and regulations governing the whole and the purpose of the honest services provided within.

Any conduct outside the rule of law and honest service is considered illicit and fraudulent.

Any allowances for abuse of power, illegal activities, and dishonest services is corruption.

Much like bad referees in a football game, the more technical foals not called, the more the bad calls, the less trust, more harm comes to the players and the more stench comes to the game.

Corruption only undermines legitimate power and tarnishes trust* in our leaders and institutions of power.  

This in turn decreases legitimate power and trust, thus lowering  credibility and standing with the people and the world.

When government officials violate their allegiance to the Constitution, rule of law or conduct standards, then their national security clearance must be revoked.

The Adjudication Guidelines list 13 grounds for revocation, ranging from sexual behavior of a criminal nature, to criminal conduct to questionable allegiances.

Anyone not reporting abuses or criminal acts must also have their national security clearance revoked as their complicit crimes indicate questionable allegiances which is a violation of Adjudication Guidelines A.  

Clear indications of red flags must be reported across all branches of government, including the judicial and any contractors engaging in government contracts.

National security clearance breached in each of the red flag instances must be promptly acted upon and the offenders removed from clearance.

 

Public servants swore an oath of loyalty to the Constitution and therefore the Republic for which it stands. 

Any public service provided must be honest and not fraudulent (18 U.S. CODE § 1346) or abusive in power and color of law violations (18 U.S.CODE § 242).

If one has the perception of power, then according to the color of law, that power must not be publicly or privately abused.  

Leaders, especially public servants, because of their power and influence over the lives of the people must be held to higher standards of honesty and color of law.  

It is completely absurd when it comes to the de facto leader of the free world that the bar of standards of conduct and honest service should be set so low that it is practically non-existent.  

The bar must be set at the highest level of standards; overwise, all subsequent leadership will also fall below par in dishonest conduct and excessive abuse of power.

Unethical, unlawful and dishonest services and conduct at the highest levels must be held to the highest level of accountability; 

Otherwise the corruption in the abuse of power and dishonesty of service will rot the whole of society and rule of law.  

Violations to the honesty of service and color of law must be addressed in a way that sets proper deterrents towards future violations.  

We, the people, must demand the highest quality and standards in honest services and no violations and abuses to the color of law.

The Third Commandment

The Third of the Ten Commandments, Exodus 20:7, states

Just Stop

 

When there is clear prejudicial bias with no appearance of honesty from attorney generals or judges then there is no justice.  

When officers of the Justice system collude and conspire with offenders then it is corruption.  

Stop making a mockery of our Justice system and our democracy.

Stop the lies, the slanders, the malfeasance, the dishonesty, the fraud, the corruption, the abuse, the baseless (once accusations are proven in a court of law) retaliations, and the abuse of power.  

It is time we hold accountable corrupt individuals abusing their power for self-serving political gains, instead of providing honest services for the people.

Stop assaulting or threatening citizens with heat rays or any kind of harm for exercising their right to protest freely and speak freely their views.  

Stop the hate speech and incitement of hate crimes in racism in clear violations of the law and basic human rights.  

Stop the grooming, the sexual abuse into sins of lust, and cavernous into compromised behaviors of treason and damnation.  

Stop the harm and destruction just because u can abuse power and abuse people.  

Just stop.

 

It is an embarrassment to have any attorney general or judge act like a tool of a particular politician, instead of showing impartiality and performing honest services for the people.

Fiduciary Duty

 

The fiduciary duty of a public servant is to not only serve the people in a trustworthy manner and protect their general welfare but also to work on their behalf and have the people's best interests at heart.

When a public servant fails his or her fiduciary responsibilities and is corrupted into self-serving interests and criminal gains, then this dishonest and unscrupulous official can be held accountable with the Honest Service Fraud Statute, 18 U.S.C. § 1346.  

Honest service fraud can involve public officials failing to disclose conflicts of interest, self-dealing, or participation in bribery or kickback schemes; 

Misusing a position of authority for personal gain; 

Using the mail or wires to further activity deprives citizens of honest services.*

Possible penalties for each count include fines of up to $1 million, up to 30 years in prison, or both. 

Honest service fraud applies to all branches of government including corrupt judges.  

For example, in January 2023, a former district court judge was arrested and charged with three counts of honest services wire fraud.**  

He was also charged with other crimes, including bribery, obstruction of justice, and lying to FBI agents.

If found guilty of honest services fraud he can serve well over twenty years for each count of honest service fraud.

As citizens, we have the right to insist on honest services and the responsibility to hold responsible those public servants who use lies, slander, malfeasance and other unscrupulous methods for political or selfish gains.

Instead of asking the Mirror on the Wall “Who is the fairest of them all?”, perhaps for once we can ask, “Who is the wisest of them all?”

Were we not so brainwashed to be preoccupied with the shallow objectification of beauty, to control and own what is beautiful on the outside, the perfect book covers, we might for once seek the beauty inside and be able to glean true knowledge where real power resides.

If those forsaken of love and devoid of empathy should ever seek the fold of redemption, then what must be asked is what is yet to be told in confession.  

Now "in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets" -Matthew 7:12.  

If you are on the wrong side of the Law, and how you can tell, is to ask “Would you like the same wrongs to happen to you?” then you are on the wrong side of the Prophets and therefore, history.

For in the course of human history, scores of conflicts resolved, be it wars or peaceful transfer of powers, what is written always err towards the truth of the civilized and legitimate, not the criminal and deranged.  

Duty to Defend the Constitution and Democracy

 

What is the duty of all federal government employees in all three branches, the executive, legislative and judicial?

Each employee, including judgesswears an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies domestic and foreign (See Oath of Office below).

The oath, as stated in law 5 U.S. Code § 3331, is as follows:

“I, _________________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; 

that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; 

and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. 

So help me God.”

This means as a part of their sworn oath as public servants their duty or job and loyalty is to defend the Constitution and democracy, not to any one leader or tribe. 

Violations and destruction against the Constitution and democracy is treason.

The idiom “time will tell” all points to the belief that sooner or later the truth will be revealed.

Therefore, the notion that cover-ups of illegal activities, abuses and crimes against humanity will work for all of the time is unrealistic;

And to continuously perpetrate crimes will only add to the criminal counts and severity of sentencing due to the added and continuous aggravated abuses over time.

And hypothetically speaking, if a certain crime boss were to commit election and mail fraud across all fifty states, the fraud might work for fifteen of those states, but not all fifty.  

In this case, thirty-five states will prosecute the crime boss and accomplices for election fraud and federal prosecution for each count of mail fraud.

Theoretically, this crime boss can end up spending all of his time in court and if convicted sentenced to each of the thirty-five state and federal penitentiaries;

This is what can happen if one decides to continuously double down on perpetrating multiple counts of criminal felonies.

Therefore, sexual abuse crimes are one of the most heinous crimes against humanity.

The extreme violation of the sacred will cause the abuser's heart to become impure and unholy; turning the violator's spirit to that of a cockroach destined for the deepest parts of hell.  

Their unholy cockroach minds will go to the gutter never to connect with another mind or person, only connecting to heinous sin.

Purity of heart is one of the most important attributes to have to connect to the Holy Spirit and see the Lord.

The Hypocrites

 

The hypocrites roam our churches

In prostrations to Satan;

Groomed acceptance to sins of lust, 

In lewd desires of souls- wasted.

 

The hypocrites roam our politics

In prostrations to the Judas-Caesar,

Abusing power in fear and hate 

Shameful misconducts- misdirected (in blame).

The hypocrites roam our media 

In prostrations to an unholy agenda;

The propaganda of slanderous lies,

Malicious crimes- facts maligned. 

The hypocrites roam our oracles

In prostrations to the heir of Cain;

False idols distorting future sights

In twisted predictions of grandiose megalomania and sinful stain.

The hypocrites will never know love

When a person fails to act in good faith, that person is breaking his or her fiduciary duty, word, honor and the bond of trust.  

And when the people we trust fail to act in good faith and lie, cheat, coerce, deceive, defraud and abuse power for selfish gains, we become misled.

There is no reason for law abiding and God fearing people to question people they should trust.  

Should our ministers and priests not speak the truth, separate church from state, render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s and unto the Lord what is the Lord's* and follow the commandments of Christ to love the Lord and our neighbors as self**?

And when we turn on our favorite news channel, should the news not report the facts of the day?  

The unfortunate and tragic problem with being misled is that it inevitably moves people away from everything we should be believing.

The truth becomes convoluted in lies, friendlies become bogies, and salvation becomes damnation as forgiveness is used inappropriately as a means to bypass redemption altogether in the accepting of sins and sinful practices.

What to do when the news media and leaders that should adhere to their fiduciary responsibility and duty to act in good faith, defend the Constitution, their Oath of Office and Christianity do not and trust, truth and honor are breached?  

What would Jesus do?  

Follow blindly Judas demands to follow Caesar?

Believe everything the corrupt and cowards do and say without regard to honoring their duty of care and their duty to act in good faith?

Duty to Act in Good Faith

Good faith is making good on your word of honor.  

“The duty to act in good faith is a broad legal term that can have different meanings depending on the context. 

It can include:

Honesty: Acting in a sincere or honest way

Fair dealing: Following fair dealing standards

Purpose: Acting for a proper purpose or with an honest belief or purpose

Diligence: Not slacking off or being neglectful

Cooperation: Interacting with others in a way that promotes collaboration”*

When you enter into a contract or an agreement you faithly and honestly fulfill the terms of service.  

When you are an officer on record you must act with conscious fiduciary responsibility of those duties.

Duty to Care

 

What happens when we fail to care or to love our neighbors as self?

Believe it or not (in this climate of constant grooming and attacks upon our democracy), neglecting our duty to care does have consequences not just to our ability to be a decent human being and to live in a decent and safe society, but also to our ability to remain free and not live life behind bars.

Surprise! Breaching our duty to care can involve both civil and criminal liabilities.

How extensive those liabilities may be will depend upon how far the breach of duty goes and the number of times in extent of harm and damages caused.  

“Generally, members of society have entered a social contract that includes a duty to not cause harm to others.”* 

Negligence occurs when a person fails to act with reasonable care and harm befalls an injured party.

The penalties in a civil negligence case will depend upon the damages and punitive damages awarded.

The penalties in a criminal negligence will depend upon the offense committed.  

The types of negligence crimes can “include involuntary manslaughter, negligent vehicular homicide, criminal neglect or endangerment of a child, negligent storage of firearms, or negligent keeping of a dangerous dog”.**

If there are aggravated factors involved then criminal negligence fines and jail terms assessed will be increased; and final sentencing will also depend on the number of counts charged.  

Note, when it comes to penalties for criminal negligence federal penalties will differ from each state as they have their own differences in fines and jail terms. In addition, reckless endangerment can also increase jail time.

So, yes it can be a crime to not care.

Multiple Counts

 


What does it mean in a criminal prosecution to be charged with multiple counts for a crime?  


Well, let's say for example a crime of honest services fraud, 18 U.S.C. 1346, occurred where “an elected official violated his duty to voters by accepting a bribe to vote a certain way”*; and if he took a bribe on multiple occasions then he could be charged for each time he took a bribe.  


If he were to commit a similar scheme to defraud the public by mail, then he could be held criminally liable for each letter or each instance of mail fraud.  


The federal fraud by mail or wire statutes, of which the honest services fraud statute is a part, provides for a fine or a maximum prison sentence of up to 20 years, or both.*


“Prison sentences could total up to well over 100 years”* if more than five fraudulent letters were mailed.  


Keep in mind that aiding and abetting in crimes, such as mail fraud and honest services fraud will carry the same penalty weight as the principal offender.


Again, penalties for one count of mail fraud or honest service fraud are punishable by a fine and imprisonment for up to 20 years. 


Those convicted of one count of enhanced mail fraud can be fined up to $1 million and imprisoned for up to 30 years.*


In addition, the RICO, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act also extends to mail and wire fraud. 


Seven states (Pennsylvania, Hawaii, Arizona, Florida, Rhode Island, Georgia, and Indiana) also have RICO laws.**


Those convicted of RICO face fines up to $25,000 and sentences of up to 20 years in prison per racketeering count.


Know that doubling down on crimes multiple times will only add to the number of counts charged and can add up to much longer prison sentences and greater fines.

Let's Face It

Let's face it.  

The grooming into compromised behaviors and allowing for compromised behaviors, especially in the intelligence community has made it virtually impossible to have honor and loyalty to God and Country.  

Instead, elections are being radicalized by the far right egged on and controlled by the Kremlin and bot farms.

  
The old standard by the intelligence community to wait and gather intelligence has failed miserably to keep anything in check. 
Notebooks of Russian intelligence go missing, simply ordered to be handed off.

Why?  

Blackmail and treason.

As more and more become groomed in sexual abuse crimes of compromised behaviors the intelligence community is simply blackmailed by treason.  

Some get off on sexual abuses, and admire Russia and any autocrats abusing power.

Does it matter that almost every traitor in American history was a sexual abuser or a sexual harasser? 

 
It is not a standard to investigate sexual abuse or sexual assault for not just sexual assaults, but also treason.

Compromised behaviors go uninvestigated and unchecked.  

Some in American politics want to be like Russia.  

What is Russia like today?  

What is so great that these traitors would want America and the world to suffer the same fate?

If America, Asia and Europe fail to follow Germany's* lead in handling Russian spies and wake up to elections being truly stolen and the grooming into deplorable cockroaches and mice then we will fall to tyranny and lascivious sins just to let losers get at absolute power from absolute sin.

If we study history as to why Hitler and so many autocrats failed and how sins of hate will weigh down a country in crimes against humanity and shame, we can see the unsustainability of liabilities in the destruction of people, sociality and humanity.

It is time we wake up and stop the hate, the grooming into blackmail of compromised behaviors and the selling out of our children's freedom and future prosperity and peace to tyrants who only know how to run everything into the ground of economic and moral bankruptcy and destruction of war and hate.

Without Consent

 

If a person does not have the capacity to consent* then there is no consent.  

If a person is unconscious, sleeping, sedated or incapacitated then that person does not have the capacity to consent thus there is no consent.

A person commits the crime of rape in the first degree if:

Such a person has sexual intercourse with another person who is incapacitated, incapable of consent or lacks the capacity to consent or by the use of forcible compulsion.*

Such a rapist must be held to account for each count of crimes against humanity perpetrated against the victim.

What is the first thing that comes to mind when asked the question 

“What's wrong?”

If what comes to mind is anything other than what's wrong with the immediate issue or the self, then you may have a problem with transference or projection.  

Transference is when someone redirects their feelings about one person onto someone else.*  

Transference can happen in everyday life where feelings, positive or negative, are transferred onto someone else based on past experiences.  

“For example, a woman could feel overly protective of a younger friend who reminds her of her baby sister.”**

Projection is “attributing one's own feelings to another person”.**

In psychoanalysis, projection is seen as a defense mechanism whereby one avoids facing the negative traits within oneself by projecting this problem onto others.  

For example, someone who bullies another for being anxious and insecure may be doing so to avoid acknowledging the same tendencies within themselves.***

Therefore, before you answer what's wrong, make sure you are giving an unbiased answer.  

And when you are asking what's wrong today try to make sure you are not transferring or projecting what’s wrong with the past and issues you have with yourself onto the present situation at hand.  

No answer, prayer or psychoanalysis will be real if you are not truly honest with yourself and you transfer or project away your issues and never deal, because then you're nowhere and elsewhere, but here (in reality).
