Are You In Danger?

Kindred,

Are you in danger, in danger of sin?

You focus on predictors in the world, in order to identify dangers before they occur.

But what if the danger is in you?

There is a pervasive assumption that because the Lord is Love that all sins would be forgiven.

If this is the case, there would be no Hell.  Satan would be in Heaven.

If the dangers of sin, is about forgiveness or love of the Lord or the victim, Jesus would not have said, “I never know you” to the many that came to Him, on Judgement Day, claiming that they spoke the message of God, (in the name of Jesus) drove out many demons and performed many miracles.
Only to have Jesus then say to them “get away, unholy people!”

Why would Jesus say this to so many and how did they come to be unholy?

Nothing in their statements of speaking the message of God, driving out demons and performing miracles are indicators of unholiness.  Moreover, the many do not appear to be nonbelievers.  Quite the opposite, but why then would Jesus say to them that they are unholy?

When people fail to recognize sin, the dangers of sin, they (the Unholies) fail to defend against sin.   Sins then gain footholds within that person and are practiced by that person.

When people practice sinful behavior, they become unholy.

By the time the many realize their unholiness on Judgement Day, they are denied by Jesus, barred from Heaven and ended up burning in Hell (as determined by their unholiness in unrepentant and unrecognized sins).

How then to avoid this fate, to know the dangers of sin?

Be honest.

Practice empathy.

Take the empathy test.  “Did you do for others what you would want them to do for you?”

If not, how far was this difference from what Jesus would do?

If it was far, then it was very unholy and sinful.
Are you in danger, in danger of sins and therefore, of burning in Hell?

If you are unholy and sinful, repent and atone while there is still time.

Empathy

Kindred,

Empathy is the ability to understand the feelings of another.

It is the ability to connect and listen to another person heart to heart.

To feel what another person is going through by place yourself in another’s position and situation.

Without empathy, you cannot understand fully the (moral) Law and the teachings of the prophets, “Do for others what you want them to do for you.”

This Law or Golden Rule is further expounded by Jesus in the two commandments: to love the Lord and to love thy neighbor.

You cannot obey these commandments without empathy.  Therefore, you cannot enter Heaven without empathy.

When you break the (moral) Law, you are going against the teachings of the prophets and of Jesus Christ.

How wrong, immoral, sinful or unholy, the sacrilege depends upon the level of harm or injury committed against the person and the Lord.

Ask yourself, “How you would feel if the same things were to happen to you?”

“How would you respond to similar treatments?”

If you would not feel so good and would respond negatively, then what happened was not good.

The severity of your response is the indicator of how much harm and how unholy the sins were or are (if the patterns of bad practice are still in practice).

“Do not do to others what you do not want them to do to you.”

If you want salvation, you need to have empathy and practice love (fellowship).

If you want a better world, you need to have empathy and practice love.

Love the Lord, love yourself and thy neighbor as the Lord Loves you.

Teacher, Thank You

Dear Teacher,

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!

The best advice you gave was to Believe.

Every Christmas, as the Spirit of Saint Nicholas filled our hearts with warmth, love and the spirit of giving, you reminded us to Believe.

Where there are some who would tear people down, slander and bully, you lifted us up.

Lifted us up into the heavens and deep into the depths of love, and give hope and inspiration to our dreams.

Thank you.

Thank you, Teacher Elizabeth, for your belief in this dreamer’s dreams and in my person.

I credit you for inspiring many of my humble dreams.

Thank you for your encouragement and your inspirations, your hard work in everything, especially in character building and making dreams possible.

I Believe because of you.

Much of who I am is because of you.

Thank you.

For Your Care

Kindred,

Do you ever feel as if you are not quite sure what religion certain Christian people are practicing?

These people quote scripture, but out of context.

Talk about love, but practice hate or superiority.

Love is not a hierarchy to be controlled or lofted over.

Love is a warmth of heart, a gentleness of soul.

Do not go around possessing love, religion or people, because all belongs to the Lord.

Just like your children are not your possession.  They are not Mini-Mes to be groomed in your likeness, but gifts from the Lord, on loan to you for care, to be raised in accordance to the Lord’s Will and Purpose.

They are their own person, individual and special in every way.  When you force conformity to you or society, you destroy the fabric of their uniqueness.  You destroy the snowflake.

To take or destroy what belongs to the Lord is sacrilegious.  To take or touch without consent is sacriledgious.

The children’s compass is the pattern created by the Lord and their growth is designed to be with the Holy Spirit.

As parents, we set the tone for learning, and development, not possession.

And the tone should be that of excellence in character and deed with love, respect and regard for the Lord and for all of God’s children.
