Love

“Love is patient and kind;

Love does not envy or boast;

It is not arrogant or rude.

It does not insist on its own way;

It is not irritable or resentful;

It does not rejoice in wrongdoing,

But rejoices with the truth.

Love bears all things,

Believes all things,

Hopes all things,

Endures all things.”

                               – 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Love never demeans or harms.

The Lord loves every child without exception.

Love does not discriminate based on sexual identity, sexual orientation, gender, race, nationality, religion, or any other characteristic.

Despite past mistranslations in the New Testament that may have caused confusion, Jesus Christ's message is unmistakable: love is love, and it knows no hatred or discrimination.

We must differentiate between the true teachings of the Gospels and other scriptural passages that fail to reflect Jesus Christ's profound message of love and fellowship.

Every child must understand that regardless of who they are or who they choose to be, they are unconditionally loved, supported, and safe—not marginalized for their identity or criticized for their choices.

If we embody love, be love, and exhibit love without judgment or criticism, then our children will know love.

The foundations of love and peace will grow naturally in their hearts, free from hate, insecurities, and self-loathing.

We must ask, “What would Jesus Christ do?”

Then follow what Jesus would do, by leading by example and demonstrating love in fellowship, in peace, in restraint, with patience and kindness in our hearts.
