Can anyone, especially women and girls feel safe in a rape culture or Sodom and Gomorrah-like culture?

Where authorities can abuse their power in home invasions, use knock-out drugs or roofies to rape or sexually abuse citizens and their charges?  

Where countless violations of cruel and unusual treatment go unchecked and unanswered?  

Can there ever be national security when authorities are constantly being blackmailed by foreign adversaries due to their common practice of continuous compromised behaviors in sexual abuses and crimes against humanity?

Will there ever be security when children are groomed into compromised behaviors or sins of the flesh and bioterrorism?

Or are you imagining that there is only one victim and the same can never happen to you or your loved ones?
