The hour has come to be resurrected in Christ.  


Remove and exorcise all sin, 

Infused yourself with the Holy Spirit,

Learn from your tests of character,

Overcome all doubts, heal, enlighten and teach.  


Be the best version of yourself

And do not forget to exercise and hydrate, 

Relax and take time to reflect and heal,

Before moving forward assess current and past progress or regressions (if any).  


Check at all times you match the Holy Spirit in will and deed.
