Dear Earnest Hearts,
It has been a turbulent and tragic week.
And if you add in the systemic racism and sexism problems and abuses, the tragedies and crimes against humanity which stretches on for years and through countless generations, it all can be disheartening.
How many generations do we have to travel back to where early modern humans originate, to the beginnings of the human race, before the evolution of varied races?
And you would think, if some Christian people have a problem with the Lord's creations in evolution, that those people would take up their objection(s) with the Lord, instead of disrespecting the Lord and the Lord's creations.
It is difficult to understand the so-called Christian's obsession with sins in hate, power and control, lust or greed, when nothing obtained in sins is lasting, except as detriments upon their character and soul.
A person faces death and Judgement alone.
It is not as if you can take your skin, sex or race with you or any of the materialistic greed or power; all quite meaningless in the eyes of the Lord.
Why waste so much time and energy in the inconsequential and meaningless?
Why are we forced to then deal with such ignorance, foolishness, nonsense power trips and senseless violence?
I find myself discouraged in the senselessness.
Why do unholy people that "will listen and listen, but not understand; look and look, but not see, because their minds…*" are not only dull, but also unclean, think can predict or understand anything?
What exactly is so great about super-ignorance, super-foolish, super-nonsense power trips and super-shallow predictions?
Try not to be like them.
Focus upon what the Lord will be Judging you on and the Lord's Standards of Conduct.
