You have to start with the truth, the truth of yourself.
The truth of what you did and face it; then confess the sin(s), wrongs and bad habits, repent and atone.
Even if you do not believe you have committed any wrongs, there are always some places of habit that can be improved upon to be a better person, n'est-ce-pas?
