No Consent

Kindred,

Consent is agreement to do something or permission for something to happen.

When someone says, "I do not consent."

It means, just that, that person do not agree or give permission for something to happen.

In order to be in a relationship, both parties must consent.

Without consent there is no agreement, no permission for something to happen and no mutual anything.

Abuse occurs when the abuser tries to coerce or force an individual into compliance (18 U.S.C chapter 7 Section 113-117.)

Sexual abuse occurs when the sexual abuser tries to coerce or force an individual into sexual compliance (18 U.S.C. Section 2241).

Conspiracy Againsts Rights occurs when two or more persons conspire or plan to injure, oppress, threaten or intimate to keep an individual from the free exercise of any right or privilege secured to her or him by the Constitution or the laws of the United States (18 U.S.C. Section 241).

Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law is basically abuse of power by a person in power or authority (18 U.S.C. Section 242).

It is also illegal to aid, abet, counsel, command, induce or procur another to commit a crime under any criminal statute (18 U.S.C. 2).

And conspiring with one or more persons to commit a crime under any criminal statute is also illegal (18 U.S.C. 371).

Why am I talking about the law?

Because voting to break any criminal statute or deprive anyone of his or her Constitutional rights or privileges secured by law, is illegal.

And if it involves any kind of abuse or torture it is immoral and criminal.

Abuses committed is premeditated, because knowingly conspired to do harm and deprive rights or abuse.

Consealing or failing to report those abuses or crimes is a crime (18 U.S.C. 4).
