✝️

The Lord warns people not to bow down to or serve carved images or false gods, and not to commit sin, especially cardinal sins.

You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I am the Lord your God…visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate me.”

                                                        - Exodus 20:5

Beware, because grave, especially unforgivable sins of the father, will bring shame and guilt upon his children and extend for generations to come.
