Until there is purity of heart there will never be the grace to receive salvation.  

Until there is a defense against desecrations of victims and the temple of the Holy Spirit, there can be no defense against grooming and compromised behaviors and sinful acts; therefore, no ability to see the Lord, no heaven, no security, and definitely no national security.
