Should reincarnation exist as a possibility, then one must consider how an individual who commits atrocities in crimes against humanity could potentially escape damnation to even have the opportunity for reincarnation.

Furthermore, if such unholy acts cause the sinner's soul to decay and fragment, how might that individual ever reincarnate as a human being?

Ultimately, if a person chooses harm, abuse, and violence over non-maleficence, healing, and peace, then the path to heaven will remain inaccessible to them in their chosen trajectory of hell.
