"I never knew you."*
Let us not become the monsters we are trying to fight against.
Will the Lord recognize you when all is said and done?
What have cheating, lies, and exploitation brought us? Broken promises, broken trust, and broken relationships.
What happens when we fail to follow the teachings of Christ, intelligence, ethics, and values? Unsustainable practices and destructive, immoral acts will lead only to bankruptcy, destruction, and damnation.
We need to uphold our values, apply our intelligence, and find better strategies to improve our world. We must reach out in fellowship and seek to understand where others are coming from.
For instance, it is reasonable to seek answers and accountability from those in power who exploit and abuse their authority, especially in matters involving heinous crimes against children.
Know that there is a reason why things work out as they do. What is unsustainable will eventually fail, while that which is sustainable and viable will flourish and prosper. This is not based on some magical or mystical power, but rather on spiritual and natural laws, including the laws of economics and physics.
Let us remember to follow the teachings of Christ and design best practices and strategies that align with our values, which include promoting prosperity and peace.
*This phrase appears in the Bible, specifically in Matthew 7:23, as part of Jesus' statement to those who claim to have performed miracles in His name but did not genuinely follow His teachings. It signifies that despite outward professions of faith or even performing religious acts, a person's true relationship with Jesus is what truly matters; those who are not genuinely connected to Him will be rejected.
