What is wrong with the Me Me, Me?

The grandiose narcissist Me can only see, see, see self and nothing else. 

How can we expect the Me to see, identify, and comprehend anything beyond the self? 

And see the threats and issues facing the world, especially when the Me sees nothing but self.

I bet the Me cannot go five minutes without talking, bragging, and puffing up himself and only himself.
