Let's not beat around the bush, cower or kowtow in pathetic and sickening displays of cowardice.

No one should be above the law.

Each leader and person is responsible for his or her actions.  

If those actions are corrupt and abusive in abuse of power, malfeasance, corruption, treason or crimes against humanity then those actions are criminal and the perpetrator of those abuses and crimes must be held accountable.  

No one should be allowed to use retaliation, intimidation, threats of life or harm to get away with breaking the law in corruption and harm.

We must then remove judicial leaders breaking the oath of office in cowardice or corruption by failing to uphold justice, accountability and integrity as such failing weakens the justice system by allowing leaders committing crimes of malfeasance, corruption, treason and abuse of power to go unchecked.

Furthermore, it makes absolutely no sense to grant authoritarian or absolute immunity to presidents as if the current or future presidents can then eliminate any political or judicial opposition with impunity.
