Ephesians 4:18-19

Being darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. 

19 Having lost all sensitivity and given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and are full of greed.

Matthew 22:29

But Jesus answered and said to them, “You are mistaken, not understanding the Scriptures nor the power of God.

And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now command all men everywhere to repent:
