When you pray, begin at the beginning.
?
Sounds obvious.
Where else would you begin?
Not at where the ends justify the means.
Not at where selfish desires are wished for, prayed for and perpetuated.
Begin a prayer with a sincere and purity of heart, with a mind connected with the Holy Spirit and a spirit calm and at peace, ready to receive the Holy Spirit.
Pray not with and to desires, but away from the mundane.
Pray for aid in attaining positive attributes, such as bravery and wisdom, that will help you pass your tests of character, endure and overcome any challenges in life, in order to better serve the Lord and humanity.
