The difference between a prophecy and prediction is that prophecies are divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit;


In order for the prophet to receive the divine, that person must be holy and have purity of heart able to receive in love and peace the inspirations of the Holy Spirit.


If an unholy person purports to be able to prophesize the future, then that person is lying, because the unholy have no connection to the holy or to the Lord.  


Jesus Christ never knew them and will never recognize them. [Matthew 7:23]


It is the same concept with unscrupulous prognosticators purporting to be able to predict anything substantive or meaningful.  


Without scruples and ethics, none of the predictions are trustworthy, reliable or substantive, because shallow unholy prognosticators do not have the ability beyond selfish mundane visions and desires.  


Humanity never knew them and will never recognize them.  


All this talk about their magical ability to predict something that will never exist, because never created, because never worked on, is impossible.  


Unless the innovator works and creates something then nothing will ever be there; innovations will never exist. 


If it never exists, if nothing is there or will be there, how can it be predicted?
