I guess when you are super rich you need not worry about economic depression, starvation or inflation.  

What is a market crash or prolonged economic recessions?  

Thinking you are impervious to weaknesses in the market and economic depressions is one thing, it is quite another to think you are immune to disease, natural disasters or weapons of mass destruction.  

When you think Armageddon and the apocalypse, if it comes, will somehow impact everyone else, but you, well that is simply not the true reality.  

There are some things in life, despite our differences, we experience together in the same predicament and same circumstances, much like a boat riding the tides.  

"A rising tide lifts all boats"* is an aphorism, commonly attributed to John F. Kennedy, meaning, an improved economy will improve the lives of people in that economy.  

This phrase, 水漲船高,* first appeared in China in The Gallant Maid (兒女英雄傳), a novel by Wen Kang, to mean, a thing grows as its foundation grows.

Therefore, in the joint circumstances of fate, let us rise with good tidings and bring glad tidings of comfort and joy**.  

Be like an angel and deliver the good news: "Fear not: for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people."
