Do not think that only children are vulnerable to grooming by sexual predators.
Some church members are groomed to ignore sin, be complicit to sin or even participate in sin (by the manipulation of predators and their perversion of scripture) into letting abuse occur, reoccur and escalate.
Sins of the flesh are still sins; and are abominations in sacrilege against the victim, humanity and the Lord.
According to RAINN, sexual assault refers to sexual contact or behavior that occurs without explicit consent of the victim.
When the victim is knocked out or asleep, no consent can be given, therefore, it is sexual assault.
Some forms of sexual assault include:
- Attempted rape
- Fondling or unwanted sexual touching
- Forcing a victim to perform sexual acts, such as oral sex or penetrating the perpetrator’s body
- Penetration of the victim’s body, also known as rape
Defend against sin. Stop the abuse and save a life.
