Let's review our talk about power.

Know that true power and glory belongs to the Lord.

"Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and the earth; Yours is the dominion, O Lord, and You exalt Yourself as head over all."

                  - 1 Chronicles 29:11

Power of Caesar is not total power over the earth, nature and environment or even humanity.

There are different powers of Caesar, different governments, different political parties and different factions.

There are and always will be limitations in human power, the most obvious- death and aging; people do not have the power to live forever or stop the aging process.

The feeling of power and control is just a feeling, a negative unholy feeling, not actual power.

Acting out on this unholy feeling by abusing someone through abuse of power and imagined control, while losing one's self control in violence, is criminal, not powerful.

Anyone can act out in hatred and fear, in terrorism; anyone can cause harm.

You do not need skills, intelligence or anything really to hate or to harm, trip on power and commit atrocities.

Real power is in knowledge, not in violence, hatred or power trips in abusive control.

Knowledge is power.

"A wise man is strong,

And a man of knowledge increases power."

                   - Proverbs 24:5

Ultimately, no matter how much knowledge obtained, how much power gained, a wise person knows that true power belongs to the Lord.

Instead focusing on illusions of power, let us turn to the wisdom of the Lord in enlightenment.

Because problems are not solved through ignorance, power trips or hatred and violence.

Cures for diseases are not found in power, but knowledge.

And salvation is not received in power, power trips or hate.

Salvation is received in love and peace of the Lord, Holy Spirit and the teachings of Jesus Christ.
